Beginnings

Having been in planning mode for months Amanda and I are finally departing Oxford for Uganda on Thursday. We will travel throughout East Africa and India during the next nine months. While we travel we will be recording the stories of relationships between people and plants. We will be asking people which plants are important to them and then recording these stories and creating profiles so that we can share the information with people like you. Exciting times. There is some more information in the “about” tab, and if you’d like a full description of the pamanda with oakroject just get in touch and we can email it to you.

In the mean time I’ll leave you with a photo of Amanda and an amazing oak tree in Norfolk  – we still have quite a few things to do so I’d best keep on packing.
